These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LemoTV website at lemotv-usa.com, the Lemo TV application, and any LemoTV subscription (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LemoTV provides access to live channels, movies, and series supplied through our content partners, subject to available licensing. The specific channels, events, and titles available may change and depend on your region and on current licensing agreements. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, match, or title will be available at any given time.

2. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

  • Subscription lengths and prices are shown on the Plans section. Prices are in US dollars.
  • Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to stream on the number of devices in your chosen plan.
  • Access begins after your order is confirmed and your LemoTV login is issued.
  • Refund eligibility, where offered, is described at the point of purchase or on request via Contact.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell, sublicense, or publicly rebroadcast the Service; share your login beyond your plan's device allowance; circumvent security or access controls; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your LemoTV login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service is owned by its respective rights holders and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription does not transfer any ownership. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA policy.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemoTV disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. LemoTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
